1. Our commitment
Zopemy Inc. wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We are building and testing zopemy.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referenced by most accessibility laws and procurement rules.
This statement explains how far we have got, what we know still falls short, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
2. Conformance status
zopemy.com is fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Fully conformant means the content meets the standard without exceptions. The few things we cannot control, such as embedded third-party tools, are listed under Known limitations below.
Conformance is assessed by self-evaluation using automated checks and manual testing with a keyboard, a screen reader and browser zoom. This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes substantially.
3. What we have done
The current design includes the following measures:
- Text and interface colours are checked against the WCAG contrast minimums for normal text, large text and controls.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and the element you are on always has a visible focus outline.
- Pages use real headings, lists, landmarks and link text so screen readers can describe the structure and jump between regions.
- Layouts reflow for small screens and for browser zoom up to 400 percent without losing content or needing to scroll sideways.
- The one short animation on the home page runs once and is switched off when your system asks for reduced motion. Nothing flashes, autoplays or moves on a loop.
- Forms have visible labels, clear instructions and error messages that say what to fix.
- The cookie banner can be read and operated with a keyboard and a screen reader, and declining is as easy as accepting.
4. Known limitations
We know about the following limitations:
- Embedded third-party tools. The video player and the payment and checkout forms on our product pages are provided by third parties. We test them with a keyboard and a screen reader, but we cannot change how they are built. If you have trouble using one, contact us and we will complete the purchase or share the content another way.
- Third-party websites. Links to other sites, including Scoretrix and the software vendors we work with, lead to content we do not control. Their accessibility is the responsibility of those sites.
- Documents. Any PDF or other downloadable document we publish may not be fully accessible. If you need the information in another format, contact us using the details below.
5. Technical specifications
Accessibility of zopemy.com relies on the following technologies working with your browser and any assistive technology or plug-ins installed on your computer: HTML, CSS, WAI-ARIA and JavaScript. The site is designed to remain readable and usable when JavaScript is unavailable.
The site is hosted on Webflow. Fonts load from Google Fonts and fall back to system fonts if that service is blocked.
6. Feedback and contact
If you find something on this site that is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. Let us know which page you were on, what went wrong and, if you can, which browser and assistive technology you were using. We read every report and fix what we can.
